Kailee Buller

An Auburn native and working mother, Kailee Buller served as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and has held senior roles across federal agencies and national policy organizations, focused on agriculture, small business, and the food and energy supply chain. She grew up in a blue-collar family — her father spent 41 years as a correctional officer, her mother is a nurse — and was the first in her family to earn a four-year degree, from the University at Buffalo. She and her husband Eric are raising three children.

Rich McCarron

Rich McCarron served more than twenty years with the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office, working as a patrol deputy, major crimes detective, patrol sergeant, and supervisor of the department's community relations and anti-crime units. After retiring in 2011 he built a real estate practice in Central New York. He was appointed to the Onondaga County Legislature in 2023 representing the 11th District and won re-election in 2023 and 2025.

Joe Griffo
